ABOUT THE EVENT

Join Helen Olivia and gather in an intentional space in an afternoon to call on your heart.

Uniting in a sacred space, opening with Ceremonial Cacao to awaken to the pure energies of the heart, to open and awaken to her guidance and wisdom.

Through a guided heart activating meditation, followed by restoring Yin and deep relaxation, experience the grounding, nurturing and healing energies of this offering.

The afternoon will include a special offering of Ceremonial Cacao.

This will be a moment to come into connection, unity consciousness, Gaia consciousness and remember the truth of our oneness in a world that conditions the illusion of separation.

Helen will also infuse the practice with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine.

Discover your meridian system and connect to acupressure points which support your organ systems, combating anxiety, worry, grief and digestive issues bringing you more into the present moment.

Helen will be using essential oils for that extra healing sense, and you will be able to purchase some on the day if you wish to continue to support yourself when you leave.
