ABOUT THE EVENT

A practice to drop you into the very heart and roots of Yoga, where wisdom meets embodied flow.

Spiritual Flow is a heart-centered class that weaves together the timeless teachings of the Yoga Sutras with the fluidity of breath-led movement, mindful meditation and soulful vinyasa flow to eclectic beats ;)

Each class is inspired by a teaching from the Tantric lineage of Yoga. Texts such as The Recognition Sutras, ~ Christopher Wallis - which is a nondual Tantric yoga approach. This will offer a theme to anchor your practice and inspire your heart-mind - not just on the mat, but in life.

This explorative and inspirational offering, although will have a solid structure, it will also be a co-creative journey as to what Helen senses in the space ( a witchy skill of hers) each time we meet.

We begin with a short reflection or dharma talk and peruse on your enquiry, pranayama (breathwork), mantra (chanting) and intention. From there, we flow through a creative and intuitive vinyasa sequence designed to move energy, awaken presence and deepen connection to Self, revealing your truest essence nature.

Expect ancient wisdom, curious exploration, nourishing movement, spacious stillness, a safe container for inner exploration, and a sweet dose of playfulness in a joyful liberating way. Closing with a delicious Savasana with that all important essential oil touch :)

Whether you're craving a deeper spiritual container, a moving meditation, or a truer connection to the roots of yoga, this class offers inspiration and a sanctuary for the body, mind and spirit.

Come as you are. Leave more of who you truly are.
