Harmonise body and mind in this balancing combination of both active / yang and passive / yin qualities of the practice. We will gently build heat with seasonal inspired fluid vinyasa to encourage strength and flexibility. Slowing down to a floor based practice working with the deeper layers of fascia to improve joint health and mobility. This practice is seasonally inspired to work with the 5 Element organ systems which are most susceptible by nature within the season, supporting a deep release to clear stagnancy, energetic or emotional blockages. Helen will include breathwork, meditation, essential oils and the all important sweet Savasana to release accumulated tension.
I believe we are our own greatest teacher, but every now and then we need a nudge ;)
