The Harvest Within - An Equinox day to gather, receive & release
The harvest offers us even more than the bounty earth gives us - it’s a sacred time to gather, pause and reflect, in a community space to reflect what this season of our lives has cultivated and honour its beauty and lessons in gratitude. Walking the beauty way means connecting to nature, honouring seasons as they guide us back to coherence within, allowing us to release resistance and find flow. This is something that following 5 element theory based cyclical rhythms and way of being has gifted me over the years of listening and embodying its beauty and wisdom. On this retreat day, I will share what I have learned, through inspiring meridian based vinyasa flow to yin, an earthy practice, this will be steady, grounding, and nourishing with rich ancient wisdom and personal insight. The afternoon will follow with a nourishing seasonal plant based lunch with space to connect in community. We will have time to journal, create or reflect on our insights from the past season, gather in ceremonial space with Mama Cacao, and release in a transformational breathwork session* closing with a circle space for integration, listening, inspiration and reflections. *Breathwork session is not suitable for women in pregnancy, or anyone with heart conditions.
