The Winter solstice is a poignant time for re-awakening the planet and returning to light. From the Latin roots ‘sun standing still’ we will unite to honour the shortest and darkest day of the year and we make our return towards the light.

This magical time of year has been celebrated for millenia in ancient times amongst many traditions with rituals to honour the rising winter sun.

We will join in a sacred space to take a meaningful practice of meditation, reflection, journaling, gentle movement and candlelit yin to celebrate and find closure with all life gifted us with this year, whilst resetting our mind to what we desire for the final cycle of the solar year.
